Terms and Conditions

Check-in

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Prior to check-in, our Guest Services team requires the credit card used for booking and matching identification. The cardholder must be present during check-in and stay at the property. Third-party credit card usage requires pre-arrangement and written authorization. No check-ins after 11:30 pm.

Check-out

All guests must vacate by 10:00 AM on the departure date. Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged before 9 am on the departure day. (Fees will be applied)

Clean Atmosphere Policy

In accordance with Australian law, our properties maintain a strict non-smoking/non-vaping policy. Smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises is prohibited, monitored by 24-hour CCTV. Violating this policy incurs a minimum $500 charge, plus costs to restore the room.

Damages + Incidentals

A minimum charge of $300 applies to damages affecting the property’s resale value. Activation of the fire alarm system due to guest actions incurs a minimum $1500 charge. HighField Hotel reserves the right to ask disruptive guests to depart.

Property Access

Guests must be 18 years or older, or accompanied by a responsible adult. Only registered persons can access the hotel; visitors are not accepted.

Lost Tags

Late access due to lost key tags incurs a minimum $50 fee. Guests are responsible for keeping their key cards.

Personal Items

We do not assume responsibility for loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises, covered by the Innkeepers Act 1968.

No Show Policy

Failure to arrive on the booked check-in date is considered a no-show, incurring charges for applicable nights.

Booking and Bookings Modifications

All bookings are non-refundable. Changes are subject to availability and charges. New rates may apply.

Payment Policy

Valid credit card and matching ID are required at check-in. Visa/MasterCard/AMEX incurs a 2 % surcharge. We may charge/pre-authorize your card for the total booking amount.
